In October 2023, SCHUNK introduced the SAL-1300, the first hyper-fast laser depaneling machine powered by speedLAS® technology. Since then, multiple machines have been deployed at leading customers, including the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), setting new benchmarks in performance.
